Defining the target audience and personas

We will identify the criteria used to define a target audience and user interview techniques by undertaking interviews. Based on the outcomes of the interviews, we will create user personas and review the outcomes.

Creating a user journey map

We will select a relevant scenario to apply to our user persona and complete a user journey map using the tool Miro, or sticky notes and paper (for in-person delivery).

Completing a design brief

We will create a clear and succinct design brief which helps to communicate the purpose, problem and scope of the design project.

Brainstorming solutions and user testing options
