This business analysis course equips participants with a comprehensive introduction to the essential capabilities, knowledge, tools and techniques needed to excel as a business analyst.

Throughout the course, participants will be introduced to a wide range of BA techniques derived from popular approaches including BABOK®, Agile and Scrum. They will be provided with an introduction to the systematic and best practice approach to business analysis, ultimately leading to maximising successful project outcomes.
