Peter brings to CCE his deep professional industry experience, acquired over an extensive executive career within the banking and finance sector. His passions and expertise are in leadership, developing people, sustainable finance, strategy creation and execution as well as corporate governance.

He is a former Global Head of the Trade & Asset Finance business for one of Australia’s “big 4” Banks, responsible for leadership of teams and financials across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, America, China, U.A.E and U.K. He was directly responsible for assets over $12 billion and revenue of $200 million.

Peter also teaches undergraduate students within the faculty of banking and finance at another major Sydney university as well as managing his own business that delivers leadership and workplace training, coaching and mentoring.

Peter holds a Master of Business and Finance, a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and has Securities Institute of Australia tier one compliance. He is an accredited business coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

He is an enthusiastic teacher who combines his technical knowledge and theory with hands-on practical industry experience. He has an engaging, authentic, and informed approach and always seeks to inspire the people he works with.
