This one-day training and assessments course teaches practical skills to assist you in the development of short courses and team training sessions that will make a positive difference in achieving desired training outcomes. You’ll learn how to determine what training is required and how to structure and sequence learning material to meet the needs of the participants and the organisation. You’ll also develop an understanding of how people learn, different modes of delivery, how to capture and retain attention, and how to successfully facilitate a group to achieve maximum learning. Finally, you will learn how to develop informal assessment strategies that will enable you to measure a learner’s competence.
